EZ Operating system for wireless retail
Every store, every rep, every dollar. One system.
myEZData runs a dealer group end to end: commissions and chargebacks, payroll and pay stubs, scheduling with a beacon time clock, bank and carrier reconciliation, forms and onboarding, reports, and a mobile app with a face for every role. Built inside a dealer group and run in production every day.

/ Runs on
01 The platform
Nine things a dealer group
runs on. One login.
Every capability below is live in production for a multi-brand dealer group today, not a roadmap slide. Each one is shown working further down the page.
Commissions and chargebacks
Carrier statements, POS sales detail and operational adjustments through one engine. Nine chargeback rules in priority order, tiers, spiffs, contests, disputes, lock and approve, and carry-forward for anything that lands after the lock.
Payroll and pay stubs
Hours from the beacon clock or ConnectTeam, commissions from the engine, FLSA regular-rate overtime for commissioned staff, e-signed stubs with a dispute window, and reconciliation against the payroll provider's register.
Scheduling, time clock and geofence
Drag-drop weeks with templates and open shifts. A beacon time clock that clocks people in when they walk onto the floor, geofenced punches, breadcrumbs off-premises, and two-stage shift extensions.
Reconciliation
POS cash against armored pickups against the bank feed. Expected commission against the carrier statement. Supplier invoices against remittances. Refunds, rebates and returns netted where they belong.
Store operations
One store detail page with everything attached. Two-lane ticketing with SLAs, owned chat, orders for accessories, supplies and uniforms, inbound device tracking, field visits, audits and closures.
Forms, PDFs and onboarding
A form builder HR uses without a developer, fillable PDF forms, e-signature in the browser or on the phone, and an onboarding center with identity verification and a legal acceptance gate.
Reports, Data Studio and AI
Carrier scorecards, margin, traffic conversion, national standing, retention, inventory and dozens more. A report builder with saved reports, and a question box that returns a validated query, not a guess.
Mobile, with a face for every role
One app on iOS and Android. A rep sees earnings and shifts; a manager sees approvals and the floor; an executive sees the group; a master dealer sees every sub-brand. Push, biometrics, device trust.
Security and tenancy
Microsoft Entra ID sign-in, a database per dealer group, a landlord control plane above them, layered permissions, one phone per rep, signed partner APIs, and records that do not move once a week locks.
02 Commissions and chargebacks
Pay on the number
everyone can see.
Carrier statements, POS sales detail and the week's adjustments land in one engine. Nine chargeback rules run in priority order, tiers and spiffs apply per plan, contests pay into the same sheet, and the week locks. A rep opens the app and sees the same net payout finance approved, line by line.
| Rep | ID | Store | Trend | Boxes | Acts | Gross | Chargebacks | Net | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Totals | |||||||||
Sample data. Hover a chargeback for the rule behind it, hover a status for what it means.
03 Payroll and pay stubs
Hours, commission and overtime
that agree with each other.
The pay run pulls hours from the time clock, commissions from the sheet, and applies FLSA regular-rate overtime for commissioned staff. Stubs go to the phone, get signed, and the week locks. What the payroll provider paid is reconciled back against what was calculated.
| Employee | Store | Hours | OT | Rate | Commission | OT premium | Gross | Stub |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Totals | ||||||||
| Regular, 40.0 h at $17.50 | $700.00 |
| Overtime, 4.5 h at $17.50 | $78.75 |
| Commission, 61 boxes | $1,842.00 |
| FLSA regular-rate premium, 4.5 h | $132.42 |
| Contest bonus, daily rep contest | $100.00 |
| Chargebacks, 2 lines | -$186.00 |
| Gross | $2,667.17 |

Sample data. Hover an overtime premium for the formula behind it.
04 Scheduling, time clock and geofence
Build the week in minutes.
Then let the floor clock itself.
Drag shifts onto a seven-day grid, clone a good week, publish. When a rep walks in, the beacon clocks them in inside the shift window. Leave the floor on paid time and GPS breadcrumbs pick up where the beacon stops. Every threshold is a setting per company, not a constant.
Scheduling and time clock in depth
| Employee | Store | Shift | Clocked in | Source | Day so far | Presence |
|---|
Sample week. Hover a shift or a presence cell for the rule behind it.
Beacon clock-in
A small beacon in each store. The app clocks a rep in when the phone enters range from five minutes before the shift, keeps a heartbeat while they are on the floor, and closes the punch at shift end with the reason recorded. Silence escalates through warning tiers before anything closes.
Geofence and breadcrumbs
Manual punches carry coordinates and are checked against the store's fence. Out of range is recorded and flagged, never blocked. Off-premises on paid time, the app leaves breadcrumbs; in beacon range, GPS stays off. Trails replay on the map for the day.
Shift extensions, two stages
A manager recommends the extension from the phone; HR approves it from the queue. The shift's end time moves only on HR approval, so the beacon cap, the warnings and availability all follow the approved time, not the request.
POS verification and overrides
A point-of-sale login within the window backs a manual punch as a second gate. Corrections go through an override queue with the evidence attached, and worked time is never hard-deleted: a reconciled punch is soft-removed with a marker.
05 Reconciliation
Three sources that were never
designed to agree, made to agree.
Cash closes at the register, gets picked up by the armored carrier, and lands at the bank. The carrier pays commissions on its own statement. The accessory supplier invoices and remits on its own schedule. myEZData holds each pair side by side and tells you the day something drifts.
| Day | Store | POS cash | Armored pickup | Bank posted | Variance | Status |
|---|
| Rep | ID | Week | Expected | Carrier paid | Delta | Status |
|---|
| Order | Store | Shipped | Ordered | Shipped total | Open | Status |
|---|
Sample data. Hover a status for what triggers it and who gets told.
06 Store operations
Every store, one page.
Every problem, one ticket.
The store detail page attaches everything to the store: people, sales, commissions, accessories, tickets, contacts, documents, visits and audits. Tickets carry two lanes, so the internal conversation never reaches the requester, and a service-level clock that pauses while you wait on them.

Store detail
One page per location with a tab for each concern and a rollup for the market and the company above it. District managers see their territory, area managers their region, the master dealer everything.
Orders center
Reps and managers order from the supplier catalog in the app; approvals, placement, shipping and receipt follow the same thread. Suggested orders come from sales velocity against on-hand and on-order stock.
Inbound device tracking
Device purchase orders and their tracking numbers are imported once by the master dealer, resolve to the right store, and stay live through the carrier's webhook and poller. The managers and reps on shift are pushed when the box lands.
Field visits, audits and closures
Area managers plan visits, fill audit templates on the phone with photos, and file the store's issues as tickets. Closing a door is a two-stage approval with the people, the inventory and the reporting handled in order.
Communications
Owned realtime chat with help desks and ticket-from-chat. End-of-day, contest and alert cards to WhatsApp groups. Report emails from a real mailbox. A company news feed with reactions and a reward wallet, piloting now.
07 Forms, PDFs and onboarding
Build the form. Sign the PDF.
Hire someone by Friday.
HR builds its own forms from a palette of 23 field types with conditional logic, audiences and notification routing. Fillable PDF forms, the W-4 included, are completed and signed in the browser or on the phone. Onboarding strings it together, with identity verification in the middle.

08 Reports and Data Studio
The carrier's scorecard,
live, down to the rep.
Scorecard metrics, mobile-internet lines, retention, margin, traffic conversion, national standing, inventory, refunds and the rest come from the feeds already flowing in. Threshold colours say what is on target, at risk or missed, and every cell drills to the store and then to the rep.

Report library
Data Studio and View Studio
A six-step report builder over the platform's datasets with saved reports shared by role, and a view studio that lets each dealer group decide which columns and tiles its own report surfaces show.
Delivered where people read
Daily and weekly performance emails per market with an AI review pass, a ranked end-of-day card to the managers' WhatsApp group, and a pulse dashboard that matches the email to the number.
09 AI
Ask in plain English.
Get a validated query back.
Claude is wired into the product behind guard rails, not bolted on top of it. A question becomes a structured query specification the platform validates and scopes before anything runs. Ask one below.
Try one
Sample responses. The permission model still applies to whatever the model proposes.
The model proposes, the platform decides
Claude returns a query specification, never SQL. The platform validates it against a known dataset, applies the caller's store scope, and only then runs it. A hallucinated column is a rejected spec, not a broken query, and nobody asks their way past what they are allowed to see.
Per dealer group, usage tracked
AI is a module switched on per dealer group with its own configuration and its own token accounting, so spend is attributable. Groups that do not want it never see it.
Where it earns its place
A question box over the reports, an assistant scoped to what the user can access, an AI review pass over performance emails before they go out, and a narrative over a pay period a manager will actually read. Nothing that determines pay is decided by a model.

11 Integrations and APIs
The systems you already
pay for, made to agree.
Carrier statements and scorecards, the point of sale, the bank, the accessory supplier, the shipping carrier, the payroll provider, identity and push. Every platform below is integrated and operated in production. Filter by category and hover any of them for what the integration actually does.
Integrations and APIs in depth
A partial failure raises an alert instead of under-reporting in silence.
Sample responses. Note the webhook: an invalid signature is rejected, which is the whole point of signing it.
All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners, and are used here to identify the platforms myEZData integrates with. Their appearance does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
12 Security and tenancy
Your data in its own database.
Your people behind your identity provider.
A dealer group is a tenant with its own database, its own subdomain and its own settings. Above it sits a control plane that provisions, licenses and monitors without ever mixing data. Sign-in is Microsoft Entra ID, permissions are layered, and the records that matter do not move.
Identity and single sign-on
Sign in with Microsoft on the web and in the app, with one redirect URI serving every dealer subdomain. Accounts can be provisioned into Entra from onboarding so the first login is already SSO. Identity verification through Veriff for new hires. Password login remains only until every user is covered.
Tenant isolation
Each master dealer runs on its own database; sub-brands live in mirrored tables inside it and never see each other. A landlord plane above holds provisioning, modules, licenses, store authorization and audit, and holds no operational data. Every admin page is scoped to the tenant it runs in, by rule.
Roles and permissions
Five layers decide what a person sees: role, store scope, module, feature and management tier. Dollar figures stay hidden from managers until the week closes. Manager tiers are re-derived nightly from the store master so a promotion or a move never leaves a stale grant behind.
Devices and mobile policy
Phones are registered per user and revoked without a password reset. Enrolling a new phone signs the old one out by revoking its token. Old builds are retired through a gate that degrades to no gate, never to a wall.
Signed APIs and webhooks
Partner feeds are pulled on signed requests with a received count every run. Inbound webhooks are verified against a shared secret before the payload is trusted; a bad signature is rejected. Partner keys are stored as hashes with scopes and an optional IP allow-list.
Edge, storage and monitoring
DNS and TLS at the Cloudflare edge, uploads on R2 under tenant-scoped paths streamed only through authenticated routes, errors tagged by tenant in Sentry, supervised queues, nightly backups, and a scheduler audited for silent skips.
Records that do not move
A locked commission week is immutable; corrections post forward. The reward ledger is append-only, with compensating entries instead of edits. Worked time is never hard-deleted. Terms, privacy and content-usage acceptance are recorded on first login, on web and in the app.
13 Pricing
Priced by store,
not by headcount.
Three tiers and a master dealer plan. A flat monthly fee covers the first stores in each tier, then a per-store fee above that. No per-rep or per-user charges, ever: hire as many people as the floor needs. Master dealer groups with sub-brands get isolated data, single sign-on and the partner APIs on Enterprise.
14 Start
Bring your last
pay cycle.
A demo with your own numbers beats a slideshow. Send a redacted carrier statement, a POS export and a payroll file, and we will show the commission calculation, the chargebacks we would have caught, and the reconciliation for that cycle. Then we run one pay cycle side by side before anything switches.
