Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the myEZData web platform and mobile app (the "Service"). By signing in you agree to them.

1. Your account

Accounts are provisioned by your employer. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Your employer controls the features, data and access level available to you, and may suspend or remove your account at any time (for example, at the end of employment).

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for legitimate work purposes authorized by your employer.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users, stores or dealer groups beyond your authorized scope.
• Do not interfere with, probe or disrupt the Service.
• Do not falsify time-keeping entries, including clock-in location.

3. Compensation figures are informational

Commission, payroll and bonus figures shown in the Service are informational previews of your employer's records and may be adjusted (for example, by carrier reconciliation or chargebacks) before final payroll. Your employer's official payroll records govern. myEZData is a software provider and is not your employer and not responsible for compensation decisions.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use it, including precise location collected at clock-in/out.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, belongs to myEZData or its licensors. You receive only a limited right to use it while authorized by your employer.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, modify or discontinue features. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myEZData is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
